A leading food manufacturing company experienced a failure on an Omron Variable Frequency Drive, which did not power up upon energization and showed no DC voltage generation, posing a risk to production continuity.

The unit was brought in for detailed diagnosis and repair. Cold testing confirmed compromised components, which were identified as the root cause of the failure.

The defective defective components were replaced, and the drive was reassembled and subjected to functional testing under load conditions. The drive operated as expected and met required performance standards.
